Account Accuracy:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Username Policy:

• Permanent Usernames: Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed after creation.

Note: Your username is linked to your dashboard and internal system configuration. Choose carefully, as it affects your account management and configuration settings.

Prohibited Activities

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining.
• Generate or facilitate unsolicited bulk commercial email (spam).

Data Responsibility

• Sensitive Data: You are prohibited from storing or processing PHI, PCI, or other regulated data without a prior written agreement with us.

Note: Standard security measures are not designed for these compliance frameworks. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your Content.

Credit System:

• Service usage is billed using a pre-paid, credit-based system, with credits consumed based on the actual runtime of each instance, calculated continuously according to its plan and configuration.

Billing Cycle:

• Credits for normal, ongoing usage are deducted once daily at 00:00 UTC for the previous 24 hours of runtime.
  In addition to daily billing, usage may be finalized and deducted immediately during instance lifecycle events such as plan upgrades or instance removal or termination, to ensure accurate billing.

Minimum Instance Charge:

• A minimum charge may apply once per instance lifecycle to account for unavoidable infrastructure costs charged by our underlying service providers. This minimum charge is typically enforced when an instance is removed or terminated. If actual usage already meets or exceeds this minimum, no additional charge is applied. This minimum charge is not a penalty and is always shown clearly as a separate line item in billing history.

Low Balance:

• Instance Termination: Maintain sufficient credit balance. Instances will be paused or terminated if your balance reaches zero.

Note: Set up balance alerts to avoid unexpected service interruption or data loss.

Pricing Changes:

• Credit pricing may change at any time. Changes affect new billing cycles only.

Refunds & Payments:

Note: This page explains eligibility, procedures, and exceptions in detail.

Upgrades:

• You may upgrade your instance size at any time. New billing rates apply immediately.

Downgrades:

• No Downgrade Support: Downgrading existing instances is not supported.

Note: To reduce instance size, create a new instance, migrate your data, then terminate the original instance.

Termination:

• You may terminate instances at any time via your dashboard. Terminating an instance permanently deletes all associated data.

Domain Assignment:

• You may assign custom domains or subdomains to your instances.

SSL Provisioning:

• Upon configuration, we automatically provision an SSL certificate for HTTPS encryption.

Domain Rights:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any custom domain configured.
