Yes. Every instance on Cuebic AI is fully secure by default. All instances come with SSL encryption to ensure safe data transmission, built-in DDoS protection to prevent attacks, and full isolation to keep your data and tools separate from others. With these protections, your instance and its tools remain safe, private, and fully operational.

Your dedicated instance is deployed on reliable, globally distributed cloud infrastructure. You can choose the closest region for the best automation speed and latency.

Cuebic AI uses a pre-paid, credit-based billing system. You top up your account with credits, and instances consume credits based on their actual runtime according to the selected plan. Usage is calculated continuously, and total consumption is automatically deducted periodically, including during important lifecycle events such as plan upgrades or instance removal.

How are credits deducted on Cuebic AI?

Credits are deducted based on the actual runtime of each instance and calculated continuously according to its plan. Charges begin immediately after an instance is deployed and continue until the instance is removed, even if the instance is stopped. To fairly cover unavoidable infrastructure costs charged by our providers, a minimum charge may apply once per instance lifecycle and is typically enforced when the instance is removed. If your actual usage already meets or exceeds this minimum, no additional charge is applied. All charges are clearly itemized in the billing history.

What happens if my credits run out on Cuebic AI?

If your account credits reach zero, any active instance is automatically removed to prevent negative balance. You will need to top up credits to deploy new instances or continue running existing ones.
